Barrel: 16", 1:7 Twist, Government Profile made of 4150 chrome vanadium steel using "button rifled" technology (cold drawing), which ensures high accuracy of the barrel and increases its strength and barrel life. Method used for used barrels in Modular Sniper Rifles. Additionally, the barrel undergoes the so-called "stress relief" process. A coating applied by nitrocarburizing was used to increase resistance.
Upper receiver: made of forged aluminum, Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 "Hard Coat" anodization.
Lower receiver: made of forged aluminum, double-sided fuse switch, Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 "Hard Coat" anodization, Carbine buffer, weight 3oz.
M16 Bolt Carrier Group Bolt Assembly: bolt carrier made of 8620 steel, bolt made of 9310 steel and gas key made of 4140 steel. The bolt carrier assembly undergoes a nitriding process, which gives it a black color and the first .05 mm of the material becomes twice as hard as the steel itself.
Handguard: AR15 Handguard M-LOK— 15" Geometric Line (M-LOK slots at 3, 6, 9 o'clock and in the front part at 11 and 1 o'clock).
Gas system: Direct Impingement (DI) - Carbine Length gas tube.
Gas Block: AR10/AR15 Low Profile Gas Block .750" Nitride coating, stainless steel set screw.
Flash hider: AR15 Flash Hider—A2 thread 1/2-28.
Trigger mechanism: MIL-SPEC.
